Ok, so here's my stethoscope setup.  First off, the sound comes in through the electronic stethoscope.  The sound gets amplified in the amplifier and then travels to the FM receiver.  I put both the amplifier and the FM receiver in the pocket of my white coat.  From the receiver, the sound travels to the TMX neck loop, which I wear around my neck.  I have a TMX telepin plugged into a hearing aid boot that's plugged into my hearing aid (see below).  The TMX telepin picks up the signal transmitted by the TMX neck loop and sends it to my hearing aid so I can hear it.
