If you are interested in purchasing a copy, please send an email to Courtney Everett at advmedprod@aol.com with your contact info (name, mailing address, phone number) and specify if it is for personal or multiple use.  Courtney will then mail you a copy of the show along with an invoice. Payment will be due upon receipt of the tape.  They are only able to accept cash, check or money order.  Please note that if you are living outside North America, the production company can only provide tapes in NTSC format.  PAL format tapes are NOT available at this time.
